I agree. Chances are, TS was set up, and a big tobacco insider probably pointed the FBI where to go, in the first place. All it'd took was an anonymous call to the FBI saying "there's a guy running a publicly traded company whose looking to sell company shares for cheap".
That's all moot at this point though. What is of most concern is if Roth has hired somebody to audit the share structure to SEC/DTCC satisfaction.
