I just wanted to take a sec to clear something up, the form 4 was submitted because three people "received" not sold shares.

If there news of other insider action then I apologize no harm intended.

in one case Davis Gene H received 148,148 shares
in one case Keating D Stephen received 74,074 shares
in one case ALLBAUGH JOE M received 64,815 shares

1. These securities were granted to the reporting person under the issuer?s equity incentive plan as an annual grant in connection with the reporting person?s service as a director and Chairman of the Compensation Committee. The securities vest on June 30, 2012, subject to continued service in the applicable capacity.

Next time is December,looks like accumulation with selling till news.This time it should move to numbers and not retrace down so hard,in other words we should get some sort of valuation to our speculation.
