Folks here are free to do what they'd like; to Tivus, to Steve, to the DT...I really don't care. I gave some advice, which is worth about the price of an individual share of this stock, so folks should take it for exactly what it's worth. I can use rhetoric and semantics to argue all day, as well, because I generally have the time to do so.
However, the only point I'm trying to make in regards to TIVU and what's just gone on, is I've seen where this sort of thing ends up, especially with a company that's serious about protecting itself and its ability to remain a going concern. My personal plan of action in all this is to just keep riding things out, hold the stock for as long as it takes to turn a nice profit (and IT WILL, eventually) and then find some other investment vehicle to do the same thing with. Anything outside of that is an academic exercise for me, more than anything else.
