Fernando,

Projected EPS (diluted) is 40 cents. People would actually parse Q2 out of the segment to determine whether they're wanting to hold this stock?

I disagree.

The way I look at it is the selling that has been transpiring over the last 6 or 7 trading sessions tells me that there is one seller wanting out. Simply for cash, if for no other reason.

The reason I say one seller is because it looks as if his broker is pocketing a 2 to 3 cent difference on the trades. Look at the end of day blocks (very large) and you'll see that they trend a couple cents lower than the trades earlier in the day. True broker/dealer methodology.

Problem is, everyone senses that there is more than one seller and therefore lose interest in buying.

One's who have a longer term perspective will see through the bullshit and hold tight.

All IMO, of course.

Drexion, you seem like a pretty knowledgeable guy. How high risk do you think it is that SIAF is a fraud?

I don't believe it is. But it's a bit strange that Salomon cancels his own shares for the benefit of other shareholders when he issues new ones. Apart from that and that thing when 1 million shares were sold out a few years ago by some IR firm that tricked the company I have not found anything really suspicious about the company.

Maybe that the dairy was sold so cheaply but that seems to be corrected now to some extent since they seem to receive 50% more in payment for it than originally thought.
