The court indicated that they will be rendering a decision to go forward or to throw out by July 18th. I was never worried as I have enough dirt on Ken that I would be forwarding to the authorities. Does he really want to end up in jail?

I think it's rather difficult for someone to go after you for libel when it's all the truth.
