I don't have time to sift through it, but it appears that the value of the dairy farm sold in February was more than first estimated, and so the purchase price being paid to SIAF is more than the original 10k reported. But there is a new party now involved, which may account for the decline. If anyone has a better explanation, I would be open to hearing it.
It's a hard 10k to read, that's for sure. Very complex arrangements, which also could explain the decline.
