That's just it. There is no reason that justifies the selling. It's just the nature of scared traders.

Always in fear that if they don't get it now, they'll never get it.

Figure out how to counter this mentality and you might be able to figure out how to revive the US economy.

The answer to your question may be buried in the 10K amendment #3, filed yesterday, after market close.

I don't have time to sift through it, but it appears that the value of the dairy farm sold in February was more than first estimated, and so the purchase price being paid to SIAF is more than the original 10k reported. But there is a new party now involved, which may account for the decline.
If anyone has a better explanation, I would be open to hearing it.

It's a hard 10k to read, that's for sure. Very complex arrangements, which also could explain the decline.
