Meaningless. The way I read it, for each share of FNXC I own, I will get .0001073 shares of the new company. Since I own 8500 pieces of garbage, I will get .91205 shares of the new company.
Outstanding shares are supposedly 64.8 million. Multiple that by the .0001073 and you get 6953.04 shares going to current shareholders. Yet, they are issuing 75 million shares???
Sounds to me like he is setting the new company up from the get-go to massively dilute that one also. 96+ million shares traded on Thursday (all at .0001), yet ONLY 64.8 million shares outstanding. Guess he decided to do another massive dump. Just wondering when the next RS is coming.
