Don't see any disclosure on purchase price. Fact of the matter is he has money to throw around, but when he's part of that nfp billionaire group, they're not looking to waste funds or look stupid either. JMHO.

Anyone know why they often purchase 9.99% on these deals? Obviously, it's not to go over 10, but why?
