I agree its pure bs, but on the other hand, I don't think he can say what you want him to, so he says his long rich history bs line which is the same as saying that some asshole in the Bush White House who knew someone who was on the payroll of XOM and Anadarko got the DOJ, IRS, Homeland Security and the SEC to waste millions of US taxpayer dollars to go on a witch hunt and cause harm to US shareholders like us. I would say it probably was the US Chamber of Commerce, but I'm not sure their tentacles reach to Sao Tome, lol, but maybe they do.
