Hello, although I haven't posted much, I do follow this board everyday. I am curious how they got the rights to use the Worldspace name, and were there any compensation given? And is there a difference between using the worldspace name and 1worldspace?
And I just keep thinking about the 90k per month given to attorneys. Isn't that a lot for a bankrupt company without any assets or value? Or could they be working on an actual plan to come out of bankruptcy?
I don't believe that Malone would walk away from this company after investing 21 million without getting Repaid!
I know that Worldspace was given permission to decommision the satellites, can someone confirm that they actually did? And what about the spare satellite in storage?
Sorry to bring up so much, but I have a lot of unanswered questions and I do believe that there's still hope!
