Wrong again..

You say:

There has been no thought as to such practical things as minimization of footprint, economical use of space, etc. There has been some work at optimization, but I have never seen any evidence of commercialization (creation of IFC drawings, for example).

That analysis is beyond silly.

The P2O process is much more space efficient and produces a much higher quantity/quality yield at a fraction of the cost of ANY of their competitors. So I guess JB & the process engineers at Islechem used a shoehorn to make room for stuff..LMAO

and in case you missed the memo.

JBI is FULLY permitted for COMMERCIAL OPERATION OF 3 PROCESSORS.

"A sprawling Plant"?....you're kidding right? I'll bet you've never seen the plant.

Most of the investments I have been involved in evaluating in some sense have been some kind of modification to an existing plant, hence it is hard to evaluate JBI. JBI is not an operating plant, it is an experiment. i say that because it is a sprawling plant intended for demonstration and it is a prototype. There has been no thought as to such practical things as minimization of footprint, economical use of space, etc. There has been some work at optimization, but I have never seen any evidence of commercialization (creation of IFC drawings, for example).

How do you know what the company has or hasn't done or what plans they have - how can you make these statements w/o knowing?

Nonsense, by your own admission in an older post your visit to the factory was your standing at the front gate and talking to a Buffalo Police Officer (security) briefly and then heading for the hills. That would put you 50 yards from the actual building without a direct view of anything but the offices at the side and a little bit of the machine shop if you were able to look on the other side of the security guard building.

Are you also suggesting that JBI should not have purchased an existing factory for under $200,000 that was empty and had an existing stack they could use for the processor. It would be difficult to purchase land for that much money and building what they currently have would be cost and time prohibitive for a start up company like JBI. It's nice to see you post an opinion but really that is all it is.

Perhaps you should call the company and arrange a visit so you could make a more accurate assessment on needs based on the actual size of the processors and the actual size of the area they have to work with, I'm sure they would agree to have you come down.
