And someone can correct me if I am wrong, but if Heddle's involvement was only in the context you mentioned, he would not have been helping in the buildout of the mand P2O in NY and not have been seen by some shareholders visiting the P2O plant.
By the way, they do NOT appear to be charging for the services. They appear to be more interested in some of the money from their joint venture with P2O Marine.
BTW, if you follow the link, you will find Heddle will provide ongoing tech expertise and maintenance under the JV. That seems to suggest an ongoing relationship, NOT just a hired/contracted build-out of the ship as you seem to suggest.
