Talked to someone who saw Bruce. He lost his wife and has had the cancer operation. Not doing well. He not working for the company as you can imagine but says they are still alive. Everyone waiting for the SEC and Bruce's sentencing in September.
Apparently until that cloud has been lifted from the company there is little to report. Can't imagine anything coming down on Bruce. It was entrapment to begin with and no one lost any money. He was sucked in and presented with a plan and rather then thinking about it responded right away and accepted their proposal. Dumb to be sure and no excuses but it has sucked the company into the mess. They hope with the sentencing it will be over. So until sometime in September I wouldn't answer my phone either. What the hell are you going to say over and over.
