Well if you understood how a trade is transacted on the OTC market you would know those numbers do not represent the short interest. All you have to do is call FINRA and get them to explain it to you..... Almost every single trade that occurs is done on a riskless principal basis and the first leg is what gets marked it is a real simple concept.
