The company will be announcing a new President & CEO; in the meantime Brian Zola will take the role of interim President & CEO effective immediately.

By interim they mean he is. Always good to make believe a CEO search is going on.

Yeah I did not follow that line of logic, they just PRed a reverse merger, confirming everything that has been stated here as true, that BEHL was an empty shell, in fact no business was occurring and there was no Michael Burton. Yet claiming there is an actual business going on, what business would that be? You are no longer following the supposed plan of waste to energy and PBRs, so what exactly is there to celebrate here? The name/symbol change will likely lead to an RS, so this is bad news for the current holders and anyone buying shares at this point.
