At least thats the idea ive come up with lately on why the PPS is where it is. People who have already invested now, mainly just have balls. The more cautious investors have not pulled the trigger because they like knowing the full details, but obviously we all had balls way before this, because we bought when it didnt even have land. Give us the details and we fly. The PPS will reflect on the costs of the land. Its only a matter of time. And time I have.
