The inside info :-)
That comes from many of us over the months, talking periodically with Solomon Ali (which he is pretty consistent in his opinions), the press releases, and last weeks press release that this week will be the 10K.
So, actually there is no inside info. If there were, we would not all be watching the board so closely, as we would KNOW when the 10K will come out.
Thursday is a good guess, as is later this afternoon (not as good a guess), also Friday to counter the 10% being freed up (my guess).
However, part of the Thursday guess - is that Solomon Ali, has a strong marketing/sales background - and he at one time tried to manage the stock price - and had some less then pleasant surprises - learning experiences, and from those learning experiences he appears to have a good feel for when to properly release the 10K for maximum effect.
Anyone claiming the stock will get over 1.38 per share (lickty split/fast), is probably not being as accurate as being hopeful. The longs (I am a 1/2 long), hope for that as it becomes a 10+ banger. My guess is what I will be happy with, which is in the 20-40 cent range, and based on the board talking, then make a personal decision as to when to sell 1/2 to cover the rest as free. I could hold all the way past 1.00, but I would from prior lives expect to be happy if it gets to .30 per share in the next week. Either way, upon release of the 10K (THIS WEEK), Solomon and UBRG gains addition credability, and that followed by the Quarterly (1st Quarter), and a TIMELY 2nd Quarter, and any acquisitions (Solomon has plans), then those of that have been here a long time, HOPE FOR, Great things.
Also, if released tomorrow, it really could based on the small float, climb very, very high in just a few trading sessions. CTIC (from last year) was an example of this, as were others OR massive naked shorting could occure and steal the wind from the rise. Naked shorting should be illegal - it is just stealing
