I agree. The stock itself makes me very excited, but the amateur hour with the PRs hurts my confidence in it. I mean anyone with half a brain would have said, "Why should we release this PR when it will hurt the pps?" I mean there are spelling errors in it and a lot of contradictory statements. Someone needs to fire whomever the PR guy is. I literally have never seen something so absolutely golden handle so poorly. All IMO.

The thought occurred to me when I was emailing the CEO... What if the stock buyback rumors are true? (I'm not saying they are cause there is no fact to base that off of)..

but IF they are true and ADHC knew that releasing the PR's would tank the PPS... Perhaps they were trying to tank the price so that when they buy the stock back, they get it at a steal... Just a thought.. There's no fact in that, but it would explain the fluffy PPS deflating PR's.

I think they know exactly what they are doing, building a strong reliable base. If they released one big pr a month ago about everything adhc would have had a huge run but it would have been just as volatile as it has been because the volume wouldn't be significant enough to break the mm's and overtake them. Too many penny stocks have pr about "talks of" big acquisitions and mergers but very rarely if ever do they complete them let alone you'll never see a follow up pr. ADHC had prs stating they were in negotiations of a merger(like a lot of the sub pennies you see) but ADHC actually completed theirs, WITH A HUGE COMPANY. Management at adhc know how big this is and these small prs are just the tip of the iceberg. We need a number of things for this stock to move and news is only part of it. The thing we are lacking right now is the volume right now, the mm's are having a field day out there, and adhc knows this. That is another reason for the strands good reliable pr, we have been getting noticed by more and more people. I have seen adhc show up everywhere the past few weeks since they released pr about the completed the merger. Tons of penny stock news letters, web sites, ihub, yahoo stock message boards, and adhc is still all over Twitter and Facebook everyday. We are gaining the notoriety we need right now to receive the ataquit volume to knock down the mm's. I think these pr's can help us during a big run too, people won't be as hesitant to invest in adhc when its already up on the run because they will then read these prs and see adhc is loyal and reliable by completing their acquisitions, keeping their shareholders informed, and following up on news releases. Honestly if adhc released all this news in one big pr that would have killed everything that they are working so hard for. It would look like every other sub penny that pops up on news of anything. Those prs that you don't like are more for future adhc watchers and investors to give them a good sense of the credibility and the near future profit potential of this company. These are what is going to give adhc its stability and low volatility once it hits the .05-.10 range.
