I have no idea when the split will come, but the firm deadline for Private Placement is next week. So I'm guessing that things will start to roll out after that.
But Kramerica78, I think your analysis of how things are going to play out is right on the money. Once the deal with the power plant in Australia actually results in cold hard cash going onto the balance sheets, all the people who are thinking, "What? Algae? Really? Maybe in 10 years" are going to realize that Algae is happening right now. It may not scale to be a full-blown petroleum alternative for years -- but it doesn't have to be for the stock to go ballistic. It just takes a well run, multi-million dollar company. Which is what it will be. Hell, it already is, they just haven't been given the $$ yet.
And there's also the not-small fact that petroleum prices are set to skyrocket again. Probably as early as this fall, but by next spring for sure, we'll be well into $150+ a barrel territory. The last time that happened, even companies who painted their buildings green did well -- expensive gas = pro green-tech. And algae based biofuels and solar will be the main beneficiaries of this boost.
