The only thing "positive" Joe has done is lined his own pockets at others expense. The "con" in Conouse is well suited. You have to understand that there is only one reason Joe has attempted to get rid of Jeff - MONEY, and not the paultry 150G's he has mentiond, but the money he hopes to gain by "cellar boxing" this stock. its been a long time loser for sure but joes past predicts his future -imo he really has no business sense or ability to run a successful company -joe has made it clear he wants "his" money back and anyones expense - even his own family -how sad - an exchange or PP to a new world is the best hope - other than that with joe and dean being the puppet master - no good will ever come here - as far as going forward joe has told the plan dilute into oblivion and the r/s
