That information is from Bourque and not from the Army test labs.

In fact I have not seen any statements from any third party experts about any of Bourque's "products". The ONLY statements are from Bourque or some people who witnessed some of the demonstrations and fired rounds at a armor plate (these people did not "test" the products).

For all that I know, this could be a scam where a competitor's product is disguised as a Bourque product and used in a demo.
