I don't think that it prevents the court from approving the Dish deal.

1) Space System
Space Systems said it is working with TerreStar to resolve the issue, but filed the objection to preserve its rights in case talks fall apart.

This objection isn't a problem IMO, kind of an insurance that they won't be forgotten.

2) AT&T
AT&T said the plan could prevent it from seeking indemnity from Dish in certain cases where consumers claim damages against AT&T for problems related to the TerreStar phone.

The AT&T objection is something Dish has to handle.
So maybe they have to amend the deal. To implement these "damages" into the buy contract...

But, come on, what problems would they mean? The phone could fall on the customers feet??

I wouldn't worry about the objections. That is just their way of getting a bigger piece of the pie. Both of those issues will be resolved in negotiations before tomorrow.
This is a solid buy right now. Using the numbers that look most likely to me, I calculated that shareholders should be paid 7-10 cents/share after all is said and done. (sorry to those of you who are trying to pump this one up to a dollar, but I don't see it.)

Does anyone still think that the satellite is not part of the deal?
