I think of course though there will be chatter at the very least tomorrow regarding the EU patent grant officially becoming active. It sounds like a non-starter event but actually it is a significant break through because it paves the way for a quicker US patent approval process which is a value-add for the company so it in some regard may actually be worth touting about in a PR but really more relevant for most investors is the lock and all the confusion with how the company is handling daily operations after the big legal shake up and DISTRIBUTION agreements (critical). IMO if investors could get info and some clarity relating to these items I think it would go far in reducing uncertainty for SFIO longs and provide for an environment that allows stock appreciation. IMO it will be much easier NOW than it was before to allow for natural appreciation in the stock because going forward the MM books will have been unwound and so more fair and balanced trading will exist in the stock IMO.
