Well yeah I would hope whoever official represents ANWM would have a good idea why the stock got suspended - though maybe not all the details depending on if a criminal investigation is also being conducted by the SEC which could lead to criminal charges against somebody in the future. Also depending on the reasons for the suspension there may be very few options for how the people officially representing the company may be able to proceed.
I actually only meant that none of us posting here on the IHUB knows for sure all the details. All we can mostly do is speculate based on the little bit of information available and our past experiences with penny stocks.
Interestingly the recent PR mentioned nothing about engaging an attorney to represent the shell with the SEC or any meetings with the SEC. ANWM has no money to pay for attorney fees. Additionally, because there is no civil action at this point, there's really nothing an attorney can do to help the shell.
It's my opinion that the SEC and/or FINRA made inquiries about the issues before the suspension was ordered and that some people know a lot more than is being shared.
My suspicion is that the information about the attorney meeting may not have been accurate. If the SEC files an action in civil court against the shell and any individuals they believe committed violations, that would likely be the time attorneys would be engaged and then only to represent the people being sued. FWIW, an action only against the shell and not individuals (officers or others) wouldn't happen.
