Talked with my Scottrade broker and he said it was locked until they received the shares from NITE that they sold before they can continue trading. NITE isn't buying at these high prices compared to what they sold them for figuring it was going to continue to go down. I don't know how long they can legally keep the shares from the buyers. I hear it is 100 million and it will cost NITE a lot to buy at todays prices.
Lets keep the price up on SFIO by not selling cheap.
