Some (ASK)Sellers lined up but few (BID) buyers. That sounds right.
But in all honestly for a penny the BID ASK the MMS show often do not reflect reality. What we need is for Gene to cough up the info to show the reality for what RCC holds and the status of those holdings. All else is fiction and speculation. That is no way to run a public business.
