Xoma's problem is that they sell stocks as a mean to support revenue and their lifestyles. There aren't any insiders buying only 5k open market in the last 5 years or so. This company is unreal the way they handle themselves. Not sure anyone has heard the past Conference Calls, very bullish and pitching themselves to be the leader in the industry, now these insiders arent saying anything after bad results but at the meantime the company has sold over 10mm shares into market near the high or anytime the stock runs up through ATM since the reverse split. Lets do the math, Xoma has put out over 50% of current otstanding shares.
