RudySunseeker,

In my opinion any "pull through" as you put it will be of short duration at best.

His management abilities and compentency as CEO of SDVI will still suck.

The strong and reputable top tier Venture Capital firms put extreme importance on the quality of the management team. Very high preformance requirements,to most of the uniformed, are absolutely required of management.

To meet Venture Capitalist Associate is fairly uncomplicated, but to be asked to make a presentation in front of the partners is extremely hard to get and you had better have everything together.

I mention Venture Capitalist because it was posted on this site that Ken had visited New York to meet Venture Capitalist, but not one mention of even one invite back to a single VC firm for the next step which is to meet an associate a little higher up.To me this is Most telling of what they thought of Ken and his firm.

Product alone will NOT CARRY THE DAY AND WILL GET NOTHING MORE THAN AN INTRODUCTION IF A CAPABLE MANAGEMENT TEAM IS NOT IN PLACE AND FUNCTIONING TO A HIGH LEVEL OF COMPETENCY.

The Union Bank blew him off and not one invite back to see any VC firms let alone any not top tier VC firms that I am aware of. is anybody aware of any invite back even by a VC firm maybe not top tier ? Your bankers also use the most of the criteria expressed in the following article.

To find out what it takes go to http://mashable.com/2011/06/28/vc-part . The article I am referring to is entitled " Venture Capital: 5 Tips for Nailing the Full Partnership Pitch.

This article will open most all eyes to see and learn what not only Ken and SDVI face, but many other firms seeking Venture Capital. All investors need to also know this. Not only for SDVI, but any other investments you might make. Educated yourself. It is for your benefit.

I think this is an absolutely must read for any penny stock investor. All who are investing in and/or intend to invest in penny stocks and above would be well advised to read this not only once, but over until you grasp how difficult it, "not only can be", but "is absolutely necessary" to acquire the backing of Top Tier and also those VC firms a ring or two below the Top Tier.

After reading this article and there are many more that could be read you will have to make your own opinion assessment and decision on SDVI. The knowledge all will gain from reading this article and doing further research into this area will benefit you for the rest of your lives when you are making your investment decisions.

I was asked didn't I sell all of my stock recently in SDVI and the answer is yes. When this question was asked of me a few days ago it was asked in such a way as to what now gives me the right to post on this board on SDVI.

Well, to those that question this I will tell you that in my mind I have an excellent "right" if that was really needed. And that right is that I am carrying a loss in this account on my investment in SDVI. A loss I might add while it is a small loss it is a loss I would still like to recover and maybe even make a small profit to a large profit if conditions and practices within SDVI were to change for the better.

GLTA.
