ABRX is a crapshoot short term long or short.

One that could result in disaster either way.

There is a risk of BK and it goes under $1 (ouch if long)

There is a risk that it starts shipping again and gets a huge financing package and becomes the comeback story of the year, MSO-style, and immediately runs to $10 or even higher on the massive short squeeze slaughtering anyone short.

I would play it with calls and/or puts if you are going to play it.
