Whether there still exists $2.7M cash on the sheets is speculative

Tenkay I'm operating on the assumption it was already triggered as a milestone payment per the terms agreed upon in 2008. If you look at the lastest so called financials the only change post suspension has been the claim of EPS earnings has disappeared. The $2.7M still exists for that time period, or did the last time I looked. Don't believe they would want to continue to claim that amount for 2010 if it were bogus or some future projection. The SEC is watching.

The real question is whether that $2.7M still exists? How much might have been used to gain control of New Bedford? Any details as to how much was paid? Nope. How much cash might have Renergy wanted up front, in additional to the so called special preferred stock? Or will want now with the PPS of the common stock down? Then one has to ask how far does $155K for salary compensation go over a period of 5 yrs for management?

The $2.7M could be long gone, and it would be unknown. The only way that becomes known is for LLEG to release audited financials. That in itself would be a miracle surprise for this company.
