What don't you guys get? SNRS NEVER said their products will be in Apple stores, they said they HOPE to have their products in Apple stores in 1-3 months. Doesn't mean Apple will let them. Read the PR's properly, if Chin really had a deal in place why have we not heard about it for a month? Why would he become silent after all the other companies were suspended by the SEC if he had nothing to worry about? Why hasn't there been a buyback? Why hasn't Chin posted about the RF3 headphones? I'm not a basher, but it's really ridiculous reading some of the posts here claiming .04 or .05 cents, and beyond. Yes, we can obtain that if Chin decides to do a R/S, because all the PR's appear to be very false and a buyback doesn't seem like its going to happen.
