How a person manipulates the system to accumulate as many shares as they can is not the question. The question is why are all the Directors and Management exercising their options at this time and at a price equal to or greater then the market. I would venture a guess and say something is about to happen that will increase the value of the shares.

I hope it goes to .50 so that we can worry about that happening! Personally, .50 is my target...that'll be a 6-bagger in my book..
