AURUS Made a Decision on the Payment of Dividends

AURUS CORPORATION (PINKSHEETS: AURC) announces that a meeting of the Board of Directors took place on February 22nd.

The Board of Directors has confirmed the financial report following the results of the work for 2010 and has made a decision on the payment of dividends.

Since they haven't said a peep since then, I guess the decision was not to pay one. The pump attempt didn't work from the get go, so they didn't even bother drawing it out, paying a few key shareholders a token amount like last time.
