CMEY's technology can do so much more than just pay for purchases. Person to Person and ATM to ATM transfers make this revolutionary software far more attractive. We are loading up on cheap shares waiting on the S-1.

Lets not forget, Cmoney is also set to launch this fall. I believe, even though they may be more expensive to acquire, CMEY would be a much more attractive target for a buyout do to the multiple functions of their platform.

IMO, CMEY has far bigger aspirations than simply an easier way to pay at Pizza Parlors and Ice Cream shops.

After a little research, Mobile Pay talks extensively about their product, from the future. They only have an active platform for POS transactions and discuss loyalty cards, coupons, etc which are "coming soon." They have a very limited number of merchants that are willing and able to take on a new, small, start-up company with new technology???

They have start up capital of only $100,000 and a team of 10. They don't send money from person to person, have customized ATM's, deal with the unbanked, pay bills from their cell phone, allow consumers to pay online, they "ghost" their information on a "cloud" (no one even knows what that is except the care bears) and have launched their product about a year ago. Seems to me they would have EVERYTHING up and running first before they launched. If they don't partner up with a major affiliate very soon, no one will take them serious.
