Disaboom Inc. (OTCPK-DSBO) has had a material event occur yesterday as per a Colorado SOS filing. First off let me show you the event. What seems to be a mere address change filing may not be that at all really, here is the new address filing. Note the address: 3033 Carnegie Street, Houston, TX. 77005
And here is the prior address that hadn't changed since Disaboom Inc. (DSBO) incorporated in 2006 until yesterday. As you will see on all the yearly reports 2006-2010. Here is 2010 only, but do check all years if you care to do so. Note the address: 7730 E. Belleview Ave. Suite A-306, Greenwood Village, CO 80111
Interestingly enough, it seems that after Disaboom Inc. deregistered their securities on Dec. 31, 2009. A Disaboom.org was formed containing the same address and registered agent as Disaboom Inc. only 18 days later. Filing also with the Colorado SOS. Coincidence or proof that Disaboom Inc. the working company left the publicly traded arena, leaving behind the "shell" (OTC-DSBO)? I do not know as only management knows as there has been not a single update since they deregistered their securities. Anyways, here is the filing of Disaboom.org.
Back to Disaboom Inc. here is the Arapahoe County, Co tax assessors page on DSBO and its previous address. 7730 E. Belleview Ave. Suite A-306, Greenwood Village, CO 80111
Now pertaining to the new address which is 3033 Carnegie St. Houston, TX 77005. I did a simple Harris County Appraisal District real property search on the address. And came up with the names Robin J. & Dara L. Miles.
I have had email correspondences with Robin J. Miles of Bracewell & Giuliani who confirmed he does in fact own this property. Mr. Miles has also informed me that neither he nor the firm he works for have anything to do with Disaboom Inc. in any shape way or form. And that he is leasing the house to a individual who has caused the address change with the Colorado SOS.
At last check the shares outstanding as per OTC Markets was 43,415,270 with the float being unreported. But I bet it's gonna be pretty small. This one never had to be reinstated as John Walpuck, the former CEO took pretty meticulous care of his SOS filings.
