You aren't thinking about this. It doesn't say they're buying them out completely. They are buying an assets sale, the property and satellites stuff. We retain the rest of the assets, thus adding the premium of 400 million on top of the 1 billion value of the property & equipment.

Even if that were the case, a buyout would likely incur as our debt will be more least... Companies buy other companies with debts all the time.... FOllow the thread with Dish and it's President.
