Zilch. I was asking the same. (LOL, isn't that sad?) I threw up the ibox to remind me to dig a bit. So far I've only found the OTC stuff and some outdated websites.
This is a shell formerly named Media Awareness International, Inc. that was associated with Big Apple Consulting USA, held in the name of BAC-associated attorney J. Bennett Grocock.
When CLDZ went to the grey market with a Caveat Emptor warning, David Lovatt re-sold V-Clouds to IJJP (another BAC client), where it stayed for a few months.
David Lovatt had a second private company he wanted to bring public, so he worked with BAC again to take over GuestMetrics, Inc. (GESM) and, through a creation of a new FL corp (named GuestTek International) and with some internal transferring of corporations, ended up having GESM's new FL entity of GuestTek, Internations acquire his private company Enable Software.
The original GESM company, GuestMetrics, was sold by GuestTek to SSPT for $5 million in restricted shares of SSPT (yet another BAC company).
Then Lovatt (GESM) acquired V-Clouds from IJJP and changed the name Of GuestTek to Cloud Centric and the ticker symbol to CLDR.
He then privately took over MMUH and then reversed the purchase of Enable Software to GESM/CLDR. He and his partner, Daniel "Danny" Jenkins then privately resold Enable Software to MMUH for new shares issued. The name was changed to EnableTS and the ticker to ENTS.
David Lovatt has held officer/director positions with CLDZ, IJJP, GESM/CLDR, MMUH/ENTS and currently DNAD.
CLDZ, IJJP, CLDR and ENTS all turned out to be disasters for shareholders and Lovatt removed his companies from all 4. DNAD will likely end up the same.
