Krays, Why do they keep using July 2012 as the maturity date in all of these transactions?

Also noticed debenture NEOM-4-1 had a principle reduction of $147,121 on the 6/28 8k, when compared to the 5/31 8k.

5/31 - Principal was $7,458,651
6/28 - Principal was $7,311,530

Same one that got the $2 million interest reduction from the eBay deals.
