I do not think anyone should have a problem with that. I do not think that anyone should have a problem with someone doing things differently than they do. That is what it is. I can also see Calm seas doing what I do....trade around a core long position. It is a free market, that seems to be the complaint. But if CS is selling all the shares I do not care. I have also been told by CEO's that the financiers are not selling shares. I do not believe CS is NOT selling those shares. I do not care if CS sells, holds, or buys. It is their right as much as it is mine. It does not get underhanded, until a stock has many FTD's (failure to deliver) and the outstanding shares increase as a result. Kim has plausible deniability, but I do not have an issue with him not being truthful in this.(from an investor POV) I am here for the asset. Obviously I have a problem with lying, and can only guess why Kim would run from any given truth. However I am not here because any human being is honest or dishonest. I am here to make money via verifiable progress. I am not a hypocrite and I think every one of us cannot point a finger at another and say look what he or she did. You do too. No yeah buts! Neither am I self-righteous..... I get that elsewhere.

I'm not really seeing how anyone is losing here. They won't have to pump when the real news comes. And it's a lot better to have a stock that moves than one that just sits there. The thing about a pump is you know you will always (almost) be able to buy back, thus increasing your shares. It's like a good offensive coach takes what the defense gives him. Take what is there and work with it.
