All these patent cases mean nothing in regards to our current situation. WE have no money to pursue anyone at this point, this is why you have only seen one bullet fired against Dailmer Benz in July of 2008 which amounted to nothing more than saber rattling and frank pumping up stock so he could sell, knowing well suit would never go anywhere!
The corporate coffers are empty and I do not see anyone rushing to fill them up anytime soon. He has had several years to come up with something and has zero to show for intellectual property except a stock game.. Selling to retail investors to keep the ship afloat..he doesn't need a banking deal to keep the place functioning he just needs mom and pops to believe his story which is ever changing by the week!
He sells enough to keep his lifestyle and then grants himself more stock every year..as I said before wash, rinse and repeat. It appears his agenda runs contrary to the shareholders!
