ECMH booted Goldeburg in Jan 2008. He then scammed a company named Pro motor Group wit Ken Owen. Tatum is Owens brither in law. All three always stayed connected. Owen got caught in an FBI sting last year and pled guilty ta securities fraud. He also was in court in NY after scammin others in the Pro motor attempted scam. Case was dropped when the FBI got Owen. Then Goldenburg went back with Tatum at Xtreme Motor Sports as CFO and Director. Sure they knew Gibson. Again the So. florida Group pops up. Goldenburg, Noveshen, Gibson, Tatum, Handler. always the same game. Goldenburg is very well know by the SEC, So is Tatum. Goldenburg is now also in court with Encompass. Lots will come out there. The SEC and DOJ are waitin for Goldenburg and especially attorney Randall Lanham ta testify in that case. Both are gonna get a big surprise. Goldenburg brought Lanham inta the Encompass owned company Nacio Systems along with a dude named Daly. Lanham and Daly filed a Counter Claim and named NIR as part of a RICO gang with Encompass and a bunch of others. All total bs. So far neither Goldenburg nor Lanham have ever shown up in court. I've got a pretty big bet with one of the groups that want them bad that neither will ever show up in the SF Court.
