I blame the SEC for not halting this pre market and protecting us....you cant tell me they didnt know this was going to happen once they dropped the bomb? They afforded the last round of fraud cases stock halts before the news was released, why not us? Thats why I blame the SEC....I dont blame them or the FBI for the 2 transactions in 2009 TS and Fuentes didnt have to do the deal....but to me it does seem a little shady that they used a NARC to approach these companys CEOs and negotiate these deals....like I said before it was likely a scum of the earth penny promoter that got busted and turned NARC to ''help" the feds....no one worse than a NARC, not even a penny promoter....NARC s are the bottom of the barrel....yellow mofo's

Holy $#!+, that's funny. So true. I am a sucker. A certified fool. Dang I wish I saw that weeks ago!
The funniest part of this whole thing is that I am now addicted to the very cigarette which caused this entire fiasco! Unbelievable!

I do, however, have to disagree on just one point: why did the government wait until the big pump-and-dump already occurred instead of pouncing when shares were still sub-penny months ago? Surely they must have known that many of us were already bag-holders and the pros were already out. It disgusts me to read in their "PR" that "investors were not harmed by the undercover operation". One govt. agent says, "investors deserve better than secret investment strategies based on kickbacks and bribes", (as if those petty bribes are what cost us), yet their own secret strategy played a key role in today's carnage. They try to act as if they give two chits about us, and brag about helping us poor fools as if they were heroes, when in truth they are primarily concerned with furthering their own careers. What about all the penny-stock companies that claim to have zillion dollar contracts to mine unicorn dung in upper Mongolia? Or farming singing tulips in Antarctica? Huh? Who's going after them?
Nobody, because we are everybody's bagholder--the government's and the company's.
The government agents got paid, the company got paid, lord knows the lawyers will get paid, and we do the paying.
I am probably one of the luckier ones, because I didn't bet enough to destroy my entire family, but I am sure some people bet the the whole farm. Now the government will collect money from fines, and we just stand around looking stupid. So the govt. and TS play their games with each other at our expense.
Are we stupid and greedy? Maybe. But the system is capitalism. We tried to play like everybody else and look where it got us.
I think I need to watch the video a few more times, just to make sure it sinks in. Thanks for posting it, because believe it or not some of actually needed to watch it--and not just for the laughs.
