Just out of curiousity, are these 750k shares now subject to the 6 month restriction? I'm pretty sure they are NOT, is that correct?

They would be subject to the normal volume limits for insider sales though? (1% of OS or average trading volume for the last 4 weeks)

EDIT: Actually, I think I need to retract my first statement.

It looks like these shares DO have a 6 month restriction:

In the case of a stock option, such as one an employee receives, the holding period begins as of the date the option is exercised and not the date it is granted.
