Why can't you figure out basic common sense?
There are no shares to "retire". All the 6 billion O/S have been sold out. There is nothing left, except mere 200MM restricted shares. That's it. The last share retirement was done because the deal with Legal Logistics was canceled and 2 billion shares were retired. As for share buyback, well, the company dumped 300mm shares two weeks ago. That says it all.
This is a game near its end.

These types of companies don't buy back, lol. They may PR that they are, but they don't. And retirement, what are they going to retire? They have issued most of the OS. They can't retire them, they're issued. Buy backs on billions of OS pinkies makes no sense. That's why it doesn't happen. These pinkies could care less about this share structure, which is why the structure is the way it is. He's unaffected with his preferred shares. A SS change will more than likely be an RS. Quick, easy, and cheap.

That would be nice I would like to see APCX sustain a better stock price. I firmly believe this stock is undervalued. Support your stock. Hoping for a solid day tomorrow..NOT ONE SELL TODAY. man thatg looked good.
