Unless I missed something, there was no PR announcing the approval of the TR-11. Someone earlier suggested that they would not PR that as it would admit they had had a problem.
Not sure where that's all at, but, I would think that this could be presented in a PR as a significant milestone achieved that is required for Mill approval.
Point is that without a PR, this is well known here - on this board - but NOT to investors in general.
I have seen it posted before that because of the bond now held against CGFIA's failure to complete the remediation, that it would not hold up the mill permit which could move forward unencumbered AND I have seen it posted that the remediation work will need to be done before the Mill Permit can be gotten.
These are contrary facts and the truth of this must exist and is significant in terms of the time line for Mill permit approval and getting into production.
Today's PR was about uranium mines and milling (by others) in Utah. Nothing publicly released about the TR-11 approval.
So while we were all celebrating a good sized step in the right direction, it has been kept a closely guarded secret in terms of public press release concerning it.
This morning, I think Ficose or 567tbd posted that we would probably see a PR on it tomorrow (Friday).
