We discussed many things including Haiti, the US and the actual contracts and potential contracts. We also spoke about what my feelings are with the stock.

With regards to Haiti, as you know thaey just had their elections and that is who MSMY was expecting to win. But, as of yet, thy have not approved all his cabinet members. Until this happens money won't be released for the start of construction. They are also planning on doing most of the construction themselves forgoing subcontractors as much as possible. They will be designing, engineering, supplying and installing much of the projects (when issued to them). I asked him about competition and he said if he gets only 25% of what he is hoping to get that the company will be in great shape.

Korea- The crisis in Japan has stalled the project in Korea somewhat. Although they are still continuing with design and engineering phases they don't know when actual construction will start.

US- He is mildly disappointed that the lawmakers are dragging their butts and are giving many distressed homeowners a hard time. He was hoping for a better response from the gov't which would create more opportunities for them.

We also spoke about my thoughts on the stock and why it is doing what it is doing.

Overall it was a very positive conversation and and he was very forthcoming and he is expecting a lot of good to happen on the horizon.
