PVRE Current Share Structure

Livingtheday1, I called Olde Monmouth Stock Transfer today and they gave me the following share structure on PVRE:

A/S = 500 mil
o/S = 192 mil (only 2 mil more than the 190 mil on March 31, 2011)
float = N/A
