I doubt that is the case, I dont there was any "leak" on news before the filing.....Beachbum was trying to give up the mod spot for a while, and when he just finally decided to leave (im assuming since he no longer believed in the company), the others decided to as well to send a statement to management of the company that they couldnt support a compant that didnt communicate back. Just my opinion of course

JMO---Actually, I don't believe the Mods had any fore warning! Secondly, if they "claimed" to have spoken with Lee, you can bank it as fact! I have also spoken with Lee and have exchanged e mails. I had no "fore warning". Hopefully FEEL can put this behind them and if Mr. Miller has any game left in him, maybe he will get FEEL out of the deep rough and back onto the fairway! I have not a clue---only hope! GLTA!
