Management does not owe anyone anything. They have a very clear agenda and they are sticking to it.
Management has decided that lining their pockets is their goal and objective and they will use the Over the Counter market to do it at the publics expense. This is nothing new, this has been done to "investors" for decades.
If IWDM wants to be legit, they will need to restructure the shares, and management, drop the subscriber business since it is basically a free service for listeners which costs them money, and focus on IO for business.
