that is what every penny stock CEO will tell you, whether they are actually doing it or not.

now for information directly from LLEG which contradicts what you just stated (from the 6-2 PR)...

"Both companies will become equity holders in Laidlaw Energy and will be issued a new class of preferred shares."

so again, what was that about a fact of no discussing, considering or thinking about changing the stock structure?

not to relive the past but I bought into this stock between .0001 - .0005 ... At .003 this is still mucvh improved.

I dont know who buys a stock at those levels assuming they'll get GE or BRK like reporting or PR's. This, as in Indiana Jones, was a leap of faith from the Lions Mouth.

Patience is a virtue. I believe this will provide many of us nice lifestyles in the future. But for those of you that think the riches are around the corner should know better than that ... if it's quick riches you expect, you'd be better to just go to work.

As previously noted, I called Ed yesterday

I thank Mr Ed for supporting my position. There exists 10M preferred shares with N votes which gives the holders 60% share of operational decisions, per their website. And yes it would be ridiculous for them to convert to common shares especially at this point in time. Pooof goes no news.

As for volume traded, it is thin trading in the 1-3M volume historical level. The PPS if anything is more volatile. It could just as easily go +/- 0.001 as 0.0001.

yesterday's volume already achieved and PPS range is +/-0.0001; kinda snug, aye...
